Warranty Policy

L10 is dedicated to providing customers with clarity regarding support-related queries and ensuring their confidence in owning, using, and receiving necessary support for L10 products during the warranty period.

Repair or replacement services will be facilitated through L10's authorized Service Centres. The warranty is applicable if the product is within the warranty period and if the following conditions are met:

  1. Territory: This warranty applies only to products purchased within the territory of India ("Territory").

  2. First Purchaser: The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only.

  3. Genuine L10 Product: The product must be a genuine L10 product with a supporting invoice or bill, which the customer needs to provide to L10 when requesting support.

  4. Proper Use: The product should be used in accordance with the instructions in the instruction manual and should not exhibit physical damage. While physically damaged products are not covered under warranty, they can be evaluated for paid repairs or replacements. In such cases, the product should be taken physically to our service center.

  5. Non-Authorized Repairs: No repair attempts should be made by non-authorized personnel before bringing the product to L10.

  6. Improper Use: Defects caused by improper use, as determined by company personnel, are not covered under warranty.

  7. Modifications: No modifications or alterations of any nature should be made to the circuitry, software, or body of the product.

  8. Beyond Control: Defects caused by circumstances beyond control, such as lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God, or damage during transit to a service center or purchaser's residence, are not covered under warranty.

  9. Non-Standard Accessories: The warranty will be void if the customer uses non-standard accessories such as adapters and cables that do not match the specifications mentioned in the product's specifications or if the customer chooses to use sub-standard or different specification accessories while L10 provides the recommended accessories with the product.

  10. Shipping and Transportation: All expenses and risks associated with shipping the unit to the company's service center or authorized service center will be borne by the customer. Failure to ship the damaged parts or product back to L10 may result in the customer being charged for the replacement part or product at the invoice price or MRP, whichever is applicable. Damages during transit, not caused by L10, will be treated as physical damage and repairs will be done on a paid basis.

  11. Return Courier Charges: L10 will cover the return courier charges but assumes no responsibility for any damages or loss during transit.

  12. Warranty Period Extension: After repairs or replacement, the warranty will continue only for the remaining period of the original warranty. No extension of the warranty period will be provided.

  13. Retained Parts: L10 will retain any replaced parts or components.

  14. Company Obligation: The company's obligation is limited to repair or providing replacements for parts only, with maximum claims, if entertained by the company, limited to the purchase price.

  15. Non-Repairable Products: If the product is deemed non-repairable, L10 may provide an equivalent product with minor differences or issue a credit note of the invoice value of the product. In such cases, the customer must deposit all accessories of the product. If not, reasonable charges will be deducted.

  16. Technological Advances: Technological advances and product availability may result in receiving a replacement product with a lower selling price than the original product purchased. Product equivalence will be determined solely by L10.

  17. Jurisdiction: This warranty is issued in New Delhi, and any matters covered or flowing from this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

Important Note: Customers must open a trouble ticket or case with L10 to receive support services for any product

Replacement Policy:

At L10, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Our replacement policy is designed to address specific circumstances as outlined below:

  1. Replacement within 7 Days: Customers can request a replacement for the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery. A replacement unit will be delivered to the customer in such cases.

  2. Defective or Damaged Product: If a customer establishes that the product was delivered in a defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt, a replacement can be made. Please report any damaged or defective items to our website support team, who will verify the issue within 24 hours.

  3. Product Malfunction: If the customer establishes that the delivered product is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery, a replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided.

  4. Replacements Not Applicable: A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances: if the customer is unhappy with the defect-free product's look or sound quality, if physical damage is not notified within 24 hours of receipt, or if the damage is caused by an electrical surge or user mishandling.

Please note that returns and refunds are not provided. However, customers can opt for a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

We value our customers and aim to provide flexibility. However, please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Order Processing: Cancellation requests cannot be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to customers and the shipping process has been initiated.

  2. Same Day Delivery: Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category are not eligible for cancellation.

  3. Special Occasions: Cancellations are not entertained for products obtained during limited occasion offers or special occasions.

Return & Refund Policy:

At L10, we ensure that all products undergo thorough quality checks and are guaranteed to be genuine and in new condition. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

  1. Product Repair/Replacement: All products sold by L10 are protected under a 7-day product repair/replacement policy in case of manufacturing defects, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Please note that refunds are not provided in any condition.

  2. New and Unused: "New and unused" implies that the product has no scratches, marks, or blemishes and has not been altered or sized in any way. We cannot accept returns for items that show any indication of being used.
